Rhythm and Rescue

The Festie First Responders blog

Folks often ask me what they should include in their jump bag. While the answer is usually “It depends on your situation,” I thought I would share what I have outfitted my personal bag with. Putting together a first-aid kit for a weekend getaway might differ greatly from outfitting a full-on “bug-out bag” for spending long periods in remote locations, but here are the basics. Your mileage may vary. void where prohibited, and all that good stuff.

This is what I carry in my Bear Care bag. Note, your needs (and budget) will vary. This pack has been built with years of experience to include things I’m most likely to need out in the field at a festival. It’s also set up to handle multiple patients/incidents without resupply, as is the case sometimes at festivals.

It’s the basic event first-aid services pack.
