These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Bear Care Medical text messaging program (the “Program”), offered by Bear Care Medical, operated by Event Safety Services, LLC (“Bear Care Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
The Program sends SMS text messages to volunteers who have opted in, including updates related to volunteer scheduling, event logistics, and related announcements. The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages on behalf of third parties.
2. Opt-In
You may opt in to the Program by submitting your mobile phone number through the sign-up form on BearCareMedical.com and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on volunteer scheduling and event activity.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging charges from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-Out
You may cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this Program. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the Program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at the information listed in Section 10 below.
7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee delivery of any message. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Supported Carriers
The Program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier coverage and reliability may vary and are not guaranteed by Bear Care Medical.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and related opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy (link to your SMS/Website Privacy Policy page).
