It is published by Bear Care Medical, operated by Event Safety Services, LLC (“Bear Care Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Scope note: This policy covers our website and SMS communications only. It does not address information collected or handled as part of on-site event medical operations, which is governed separately.

By using this website or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the practices described below.
