Spring 2026
Festival season is here — and we want YOU out there with us.
Spring is our favorite time of year at Bear Care Medical — the stages go up, the crowds roll in, and our crew gets to do what we love. We’ve got several great events lined up across May and June, including a back-to-back weekend that means double the fun and double the opportunity to get involved. Spots are open, and we’d love to have you on the team!
E-mail or call/text Alex at 540-295-5360 if you’re available!
⚠ = split weekend, two events running simultaneously
Hey team — first things first: thank you. Whether you’ve been rolling with us for years or you’re just getting started, you are the reason Bear Care Medical has the reputation it does. Festival promoters keep calling us back because of the people we put in the field — people who genuinely care about keeping crowds safe and making a difference at every single event.
We’ve got an exciting spring ahead — several events across May and June, including a split weekend where we’ll have two crews running at the same time. That means plenty of opportunities to get involved, whether this is your tenth season or your first. Read through the events below and see what speaks to you!
We’d love to have you out there. Scroll down, pick your events, and let’s have a great season together.
Our season opener, and a great one to start with! Sleepy Creek’s Spring Fling is a relaxed, community-focused grassroots festival at a beautiful private campground where Sleepy Creek meets the Potomac River. It’s a smaller, laid-back crowd — family friendly, lots of original music, real good vibes. If you’re newer to the Bear Care crew and looking for a low-key way to get your first event under your belt, this is the perfect gig. Several spots are available — come hang with us in Berkeley Springs!

The S.H.A.R.E. Family Reunion is a warm, tight-knit gathering with a real community feel — the kind of event where everybody knows everybody. It draws a wide mix of ages, from little kids to grandparents, which makes for a really rewarding event to work. If you love connecting with people and being part of something that genuinely feels like family, this one’s for you. We have open spots and would love some friendly faces on the crew!

Adult summer camp, reimagined — Showcation is one of the most unique and fun events we cover. Think sleep-away camp vibes meets music festival meets late-night NYC, all on 200 wooded acres at Camp Ramblewood. The atmosphere is playful, the crowd is enthusiastic, and our crew always has a great time at this one. Since it runs the same weekend as S.H.A.R.E., we’re filling spots at both — interested in Showcation? We’d love to have you!

High Hopes Music Festival — the event formerly known as Weekend at Wolfie’s — is an all-ages camping music festival hosted by Bumpin Uglies at the gorgeous Fort Royale Farm in the hills outside Bedford, PA. It’s got a great vibe: wooded campsites, late-night music until 2am, kickball, bonfires, and a crowd that truly looks out for each other. As our longest single event of the spring, it’s a full three-day experience and a favorite among our returning crew. We have several open spots — if you’ve been curious about High Hopes, this is the year to jump in!

Now in its fourth year, Into The Pines brings three days of diverse music, art, and culture deep into the NJ Pine Barrens at Paradise Lakes Campground. The setting alone is worth the trip — a mile-long dirt road into one of the East Coast’s largest stretches of coastal pine forest. The fest draws everything from bluegrass to brass, with a strong family-friendly and community-first vibe. A great late-June gig in a beautiful setting, and spots are open for our crew!

A Bear Care tradition since day one — The Ramble Festival is a four-day community music event at Camp Ramblewood, tucked in the rolling hills of Harford County, MD. We’ve been proud to be part of this one from the very beginning, and it keeps getting better every year. Now in its fifth year, The Ramble has built a seriously devoted following with world-class roots and Americana lineups, art installations, late-night jams, and the kind of crowd energy that makes our crew want to come back every time. Past headliners have included Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, The Infamous Stringdusters, and Ziggy Marley. A fantastic way to close out the season — open spots available, so let Alex know you’re in!
